Nose: Intense and clean, hints of plum, black cherry and blueberry followed by aromas of violet and raspberry

Palate: Fresh and with good in tannins, it has a good correspondance to the nose, good body, intense flavors of blackbarry and blackcurrant. The finish is persistent with flavors of spices and liquorice

Food Pairing: Cold cuts, sauteed meat, stuffed pasta with meat
