Then a <strong>little walk in the vineyards leads you in the most panoramic area<\/strong>, just about 900 m from S. Francis Church, <strong>to start to harvest the grape by hand<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>After the harvest we press the grape together<\/strong>\u00a0to make &#8220;mosto&#8221;, the grape juice.\u00a0 We press the grape like our granfathers used.
