Harvest Special Event. Open wineries 2019<\/strong><\/h3>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1569408837846{padding-top: 5px !important;}”]Sunday September 29th join us for the special harvest event in the vineyard of Assisi!<\/p>\n

You\u2019ll have the occasion to make a wine as our grandfathers used to make it.<\/p>\n

First we\u2019ll make a focus about how to tend and prune the vines and we\u2019ll see the techniques to make good and healthy grape. Then we\u2019ll make the harvest as our grandfathers taught us.<\/p>\n

We\u2019ll pick the grape by hand and then we\u2019ll press it using your feet and the old \u201ctorchio\u201d machine.<\/p>\n

We\u2019ll have fun learning more about wine and vine growing.<\/p>\n

After the work, we\u2019ll enjoy a rich tasting together:
\n4 wines with guided tasting, paired with hand-made local food: cheese, bruschetta with our extravergine olive oil, cured meats form the free range are of the Subasio mountain and hot hand made \u201cTorta al testo\u201d, a specialty here in Umbria.<\/p>\n
